Price
T-shirts are $25, shipping is included in the price [USPS, trackable with delivery confirmation] - when you buy directly from us online. This price is for basic tees - American Apparel unisex 2001 model and female contoured 2102. Price will vary somewhat for different base tees. [See below.]
Most sizes and shapes available.
A range of sizes and shapes are possible (from baby to adult 3XL). We are printing on American Apparel's Organic Cotton T-shirts (Sustainable Edition). So we can print on almost anything from this page upon request.
If you need help, we'd gladly help you to figure out which base T-shirt you should get. Just drop us a line!
Orders will take 10 to 14 days to be delivered. (If all is going smoothly, you should have your shirt within 7-10 days.) We print only when we know there is an owner for the shirt.
Our T-shirts are not already printed and kept in the warehouse or boxes. To minimize waste of all kinds, we print when we know there is an owner for the shirt. It adds a certain amount of fun, too, to know we are printing for someone.
All our shirts are hand-printed by the designer and get individual attention. Mind Alphabet is a two-person design team, and we do everything from designing to shipping. We draw all illustrations and decide layout, placement etc - we are about 'how it should look in the end' - so we know how the print result needs to be. This helps us keep the quality of the product just right. But sometimes it means we also take an extra day or two to make sure we have all the materials, time, and resources we need to get it just right.
International Shipping
We take orders internationally. To order from outside the United States, please contact us. Our current shopping cart does not allow us to adjust shipping costs, and we have not yet updated to the next, better cart (coming soon!)
We ship internationally via the US postal service with a certificate of mailing. For large or sensitive orders, we can add registered mail for extra security for an additional $10.

If you find you are unhappy with the item you received, please first let us know and give us description and reason, for example, found a defect etc, and *please make sure to do this within 15 days after the date of delivery.*
If your shirt is flawed or has a defect, we ask that you send it back to us - and we will confirm the defect on the receiving end and send you the replacement. If it is the case of defective item, we will cover all the cost of shipping.
Please make sure to order the right size.
If you find the shirt doesn't fit and you think you made mistake at choosing size, we can exchange it for you as long as it hasn't been worn. But you will be responsible for shipping costs (sending the item back to us, and we sending an item to you again). So please, please make sure you pick the right size! (We will ask you this question when order is in confirmation process. And if you need help, we will assist you choosing the right size!)
